And when you want a professional to guide you, it's right there: search for nutritionists and trainers, connect with the one that's right for you, and they'll create your plan from there. The app is the same; what changes is that it's no longer just yours.

Create your own workouts, with exercises, sets, reps, and weights. Record what you lift and check what you did last time to see if you're progressing.

Go for a run, a walk, or a bike ride
The app records your route on the map, including distance, pace, elevation gain, and time. When you finish, your ride is saved, with its route profile and segments.

Track your pace
Each run shows your average pace and pace for each segment, so you can see where you push hard and where you tire.

Log what you eat
Keep a food diary, with photos if you like, and note how each meal affected you. No need to weigh everything or count calories manually if you don't feel like it.

See your progress
Your weight, measurements, and progress charts. Seeing it all on a line makes it noticeable.

Your races
Save your upcoming races and prepare for them.

Your streak
The number of consecutive days you've completed your training. It's simple, but it works.

The app includes a directory of nutritionists and trainers—you can browse it even before registering. When you connect with one:

- They'll create a meal plan for you, with your portion sizes and alternatives.

- They'll design your workouts and adjust them based on your progress.

- He sees what you record and responds to you: via chat, voice notes, or by commenting on your photos.

He sends you your measurements and body composition reports, with the same graphs he sees.

He sends you forms and documents that you fill out on your phone.

You decide when and with whom. And if you stop, your data and history remain yours.

What you record is shared only with the professional you choose to work with, and no one else. You can see what's saved and delete your account from the app itself, whenever you want.
