OnMoven

OnMoven is the app for clients of a personal trainer. Your trainer invites you, and from that moment on, you have your entire plan in your pocket.
TRAIN WITH YOUR PLAN

• Your daily routine, with video and explanation of each exercise.

• Track sets, weights, and reps while you train, even offline.

• Rest timer, personal records, and a summary at the end.

EAT ACCORDING TO YOUR MENU

• The menu prepared by your trainer, with alternatives.

• Daily calories and macros at a glance, and water intake tracking.

• Weekly shopping list.

MEASURE YOUR PROGRESS

• Weight, measurements, and progress photos in clear graphs.

• Progress questionnaires that your trainer reviews and comments on.

• Optional step counter, using your phone's pedometer or Health Connect.

• Direct chat with voice notes, photos, and documents.

• Schedule your sessions.

OnMoven does not have open registration: you need an invitation from your trainer to join.
