An old idea — and perhaps the wellness principle that matters most to someone living with panic and anxiety. MiraCare applies it to panic and anxiety self-care. Sleep, breathing, relaxation, physical capacity — tending the foundations of the body a little each day. That is what this app does.

Panic and anxiety are not something to "endure" but something to work with, a little at a time. MiraCare holds a concrete, step-by-step wellness routine shaped around the day of someone living with them. It is based on the upcoming book "Why Panic Keeps Coming Back" (Sept 2026) and designed with reference to published research on the physical factors of panic disorder. Nothing is sent to a server. Every record is stored on the device only. You can start right away without signing up, and if you like, protect your records with an on-device lock (password · fingerprint).
