Mary Care Companion

Mary Companion helps family members and carers stay connected with the person they support. It works with the Mary Care platform and the Mary app on their phone.

SEE THE DAY AT A GLANCE
View recent activity, phone battery and connection status. See the latest available location and manage safe zones when your household permissions allow it. Mary shows the latest location rather than a route history.

PLAN AND SHARE CARE
Use Calendar to organise appointments and routines, tasks to coordinate what needs doing, and Journal to share updates with the household. Add supported photos, documents and music. Set reminders for the person you support and manage their contacts and phone settings with the appropriate permissions.

RESPOND TO HELP ALERTS
Receive notifications when the person you support presses Help on their Mary phone. See who is responding, acknowledge alerts and open your phone's dialler to call them. Notification delivery depends on device settings and connectivity. Mary is not an emergency service or a medical device and does not provide diagnosis or treatment advice. Contact emergency services in an emergency.

WORK TOGETHER
Accept household invitations, switch between households and people, and keep access appropriate to each family member's role. Report shared content or a person, hide Journal posts, and find privacy and account-deletion options in the app.

GETTING STARTED
Sign in with your Mary Care account or use your household invitation. Access to care features depends on household membership, permissions and an active household plan. The person you support uses the Mary app on their own phone, which is set up separately.
