Sync with Apple Health (and Health Connect on Android) to share steps, heart rate, and sleep when you choose to. Caregivers can see today’s data and longer trends when sharing is enabled.

• Weekly & monthly overview
Check-in streaks, missed days, medication overview, steps, sleep, and mood — so family can answer “Is everything going okay?” without hovering.

• Mood & energy calendar
A simple emoji-style view of how the week has felt — helpful context for caregivers, not a medical report.

• Soft daily goals
Gentle targets for steps, checking in by a set time, and rest. Green when on track, yellow otherwise — no nagging alarms. Family can help set goals; the person they’re for can always change them in Settings.

• Medication & appointments
Reminders for medications and visits. Caregivers can help manage schedules (with approval where needed) and stay informed if doses aren’t marked as taken.

• Family safety notifications
Optional reminders if a loved one forgets to check in or take medication (including evening family alerts when Premium is active). Optional SOS for urgent help when enabled.

• Privacy first
You control who joins your circle. Health sharing can be turned off so only the people you trust see what you choose to share.
