• Organize appointments, medication reminders, routines, and care events
• Keep a structured journal for behaviour and mood, sleep, medication and health, appointments, and notes
• Complete short daily check-ins
• Use gentle movement routines
• Play light cognitive activities such as memory and word games
• Create a photo album with familiar people and names
• Access curated wellness and care resources
