MacroDish is a calorie counter and macro tracker that works the way you'd actually describe a meal. No barcode scanning, no hunting through a food database, no giving up because the dish you just ate isn't in there.

Type it how you'd say it — "2 eggs on toast, a banana, coffee" — and MacroDish works out the calories, protein, carbs, fat and fibre for each item, adds it up, and shows where your day stands.

Tell MacroDish your height, weight, activity level and goal — lose weight, maintain, build muscle or simply eat healthier — and it suggests daily targets for calories and every macro. Accept them or tune each one. A summary bar on the home screen shows how today is tracking against your plan.

COMPARE, DON'T JUST COUNT
A calorie number on its own tells you very little. The radar chart puts your nutrients next to the average of every other MacroDish user, and you can narrow that to your country, your diet, or your age group.

A READ ON EVERY MEAL
Each entry gets a nutrient-balance score out of 100 and a plain-language note on what stood out — which foods carried the protein, which pushed up the fat, and one thing you might do differently. Tap any bar in the macro breakdown to see exactly which food contributed what.

TRENDS AND INSIGHTS
See the week, not just the day. Trends plots your calories and macros against the community over 7 or 30 days, with your average intake against your targets. Insights gives you a daily balance score and a few gentle, never preachy notes on how you ate.

BUILT TO BE PRIVATE
Your meals are yours alone. Comparison figures are anonymous averages across all users — never anyone's individual log. Delete your account and everything in it at any time, from inside the app.
