The Lovibond Service App is an enterprise-grade utility designed specifically for field service engineers, technicians, and partners of Lovibond. The app streamlines field service operations, ticket resolution, and service contract management.

Key Features & Modules:

1. Ticket & Service Request Management
- View, filter, and track assigned service tickets based on status (Open, Pending, Closed) and priority (Critical, High, Medium, Low).
- Log resolution comments and update ticket statuses on-site.

2. Service Installation Reports
- Create, view, and submit detailed installation and maintenance reports for color measurement and water testing instruments.

3. Attendance & Check-In
- Register daily check-in and check-out to log engineer attendance and verify on-site service presence.

4. Sales Orders & Parts Requests
- Browse and select replacement parts or equipment.
- Create and manage sales orders directly from the field.

5. Digital Signatures
- Capture customer signatures directly on the device screen for immediate service sign-off and validation.

6. Document & Attachment Management
- Capture photos of equipment status or invoices and upload attachments directly to tickets.
- View and download PDF invoices and service contract documents.

7. Service Contracts
- Access Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) and service contract details on the go.
