Locomo Shift

Locomo Shift is a shift tracker built for railway crew. Clock on at the start of
your turn, log wagon inspections, incidents and crew notes as the shift runs,
and hand over at the end with a report that writes itself. Everything lives on
your phone, works without a signal, and needs no account.

Open the app, choose your shift length and start. A live railway timer shows
elapsed time, remaining time and how far through the turn you are, while the
dashboard keeps the day's numbers in front of you: inspections completed,
incidents open by category, notes taken, and a bar chart of activity across the
shift window. Every wagon inspection opens with the standard seven-point
checklist already in place — toilet, lighting, doors, air conditioning, waste,
water supply and seat condition — so you tick as you walk the train rather than
typing a list from scratch. Incidents are filed against a wagon number with a
category and a description, stay visible until resolved, and roll straight into
the handover. When the shift ends, one tap builds a plain-text report of
completed inspections, open incidents and notes that you can copy or share
straight into your depot's channel.

WHY LOCOMO SHIFT
Depot paperwork is usually a notebook, a group chat and a form filled in from
memory at the end of the turn. Locomo Shift replaces all three with something
that takes seconds to use while you are actually on the train. There is no
sign-up, no subscription and no connection to wait for — the app opens straight
onto your shift. The checklist is fixed to the seven standard wagon points so
there is nothing to configure, and the handover report is generated from what
you actually logged rather than what you can remember.

PRIVACY AND DATA
Locomo Shift works fully offline. Your shift, inspections, incidents and notes
are stored only on your device. There is no account, no analytics, no tracking
and no advertising, and nothing is uploaded anywhere. Clearing the app's data or
using Reset All Data removes everything permanently.
