Was a seamless experience and automatically emailed an invoice after the trip which was great for expenses. Now, the prebook option doesn't actually do anything - it waits for the time you've set and then tries to find a driver. 2nd time I tried the driver was further away than my destination - I had to cancel and drive in to avoid missing my train. A shame, this app is no use to me now.

2024-07-28	ca*****	Great company but only problem with this app is it doesn't help the driver locate the customer. It really needs to do that so they can find us. Not everywhere has a postcode. Also if you call for a taxi they will say "we can't pick you up as you can't give a postcode" yet one can explain where it is but they don't accept this. Please change the app so it's more simple for the driver & the customer doesn't end up stranded. There has been a couple of times I've been left stranded because of this.
