Pretty sure this company is 70% scam. Taxi's regularly fail to turn up but always manage to charge, and seem to struggle with refunds. They also have a tendency to put the phone down when requesting where a taxi is that has been paid for.

When it works it works, but now and then it goes through phases of issues saying it can't find drivers or when the developer accidentally uses their test Google payments instance. They seem to have no real change control or testing when doing updates to the app, I sort of dread to think how much money they lose. Also the pre-book feature is useless, it doesn't do anything different than if you'd requested the booking at the same time manually, so you'll still end up waiting potentially 30-60min
