Safe and helpful at all times

Used to use this app all the time to prebook taxis for the morning, to catch my train. Was a seamless experience and automatically emailed an invoice after the trip which was great for expenses. Now, the prebook option doesn't actually do anything - it waits for the time you've set and then tries to find a driver. 2nd time I tried the driver was further away than my destination - I had to cancel and drive in to avoid missing my train. A shame, this app is no use to me now.
