2023-10-02	RA*****	Unable to access service on the app. I am facing a debit card transaction failure and when i checked my debit card services on UCO secure app i am facing un expected error issue. It's been two days still the problem can't fixed. Very bad experience from my opinion.

2023-04-03	As*****	Pathetic App. Unable to enable the debit card usage for online transaction even after providing otp. It stops by saying unexpected error. The app is so bad that it returns techical oracle database error to end users. Requesting the developera to look into this apps issue urgently.

2021-08-10	Ar*****	This is a very innovative app developed by Team UCO which not only enables me to keep all my digital channels protected and safe but also allows me to customize the channels as per my requirements. If I am not wrong, this is the first app of its kind amongst the ones developed by the Indian PSBs. Looking forward to more innovations by the Team UCO. Well done!

2021-08-09	Ri*****	My debit card transactions are disabled and to enable it I've been told to login to my uco secure app and then enable it.While registering on uco secure it asks to enter any 5 last transactions,I entered every transaction but it shows "no data found". I contacted the rudest customer care, told me to mail the query on their customer support. Even after months i got no reply from their end. Then i visited bank and the employees got no answers instead gave me new atm card, still I'm facing problem.

2021-08-02	Va*****	It is frustrating to return to account already existing but erased inadvertently. Before I can even read the OTP it disappears and next window opens. Also what is the REFERAL NO.? It is not possible to fill in blanks before it closes.

2021-07-14	Su*****	Worst app. Repetedly telling me to update the app and sending me to playstore page. But surprisingly the app is already in the latest version. Result of privatisation. Spending least on digital. I don't think this eill get rectified until proper privatisation. Sad

In every step, while registering problems arrive. And stop registration. Disgusting service. You will not get any type of help from this useless bank if you are facing any problems.
