Recent reviews

My climb credit account is managed through Launch. I have been trying for 12 days now to talk to someone and they have removed any means of messaging and I've waited up to 45 minutes on the phone before giving up, more than once. This is a horrible, horrible credit service. When they DID receive messages they either ignored them or took a month to reply. Nothing in between.
