I have been trying for 12 days now to talk to someone and they have removed any means of messaging and I've waited up to 45 minutes on the phone before giving up, more than once. This is a horrible, horrible credit service. When they DID receive messages they either ignored them or took a month to reply. Nothing in between.

2024-06-21	Au*****	When first creating the log in it would not accept any info from the email the school sent me. On top of that the email from the school didn't fully provide the needed ID number (only part). So to create the account and gain access to the app I had to click the link from the email and set up the account on browser. Besides that I have no other issues with the app itself. Thought it might help others if they have difficulty creating an account through the app and how I went about it.

2022-06-24	Ru*****	Can't login to app with working credentials. Very annoying. Terrible UX. After entering password, it tells me "Username or password invalid. Attempt has been logged." It is clearly the right username and password, I logged in on the browser with it. Update: Apparently app is not available for ISA customers. Probably shouldn't market it to ISA customers then. I've added a star for a response. But until Launch stops telling me to use it, in ISA payment emails, I'll rate the app as broken.

2020-04-22	A *****	App crashes at every login. Unusable! Edit: the support team worked with me and helped get things going. I am now able to log in with no errors and they pushed out a fix quite quickly! Thank you Launch Support!
