KLF Group Inc is a sub-haul freight carrier. This app is for the owner-operators who haul for us and the drivers who work for them. It is not a public app — you need an account from KLF dispatch to sign in.

FOR DRIVERS

See the loads assigned to you, with pickup and delivery addresses, appointment windows and anything the shipper told us — gate codes, dock numbers, check-in instructions.

Advance a load through its trip from the road: arrived at pickup, loaded, in transit, arrived at delivery, delivered. Each step tells dispatch the freight moved, so nobody has to ring you for a check call. Report a delay in one tap.

Photograph the bill of lading and proof of delivery straight into the load. The sooner the POD is in, the sooner your carrier gets paid.

File your pre-trip and post-trip inspection. Everything starts marked satisfactory; tap anything with a defect.

Message dispatch directly, on the record, so you are not relying on whoever answers the phone.

FOR OWNER-OPERATORS

Browse loads KLF has open, with the rate and the rate per mile, and request the ones you want. Track what is moving, see your settlements and what is still awaiting payment, and keep your compliance documents current.

LOCATION SHARING

A driver can choose to share the location of the load they are hauling so dispatch can see where the freight is. It is optional. It runs only between marking a load Loaded and marking it Delivered, never between loads or off shift. It runs in the background so it keeps working with the screen off, and a notification stays on screen the whole time it is on. It can be stopped from the load screen, by withdrawing permission, or by signing out. Location is used for dispatch only — never for advertising, and never sold.

WORKS WHERE YOU DRIVE

Status updates and locations are saved on the phone when there is no signal and sent when you reconnect, with the time they actually happened.
