FleetFlow

FleetFlow is the internal app used by New Line for Logistics drivers and operations staff to run our freight operations.

This app is for New Line for Logistics personnel only. Accounts are issued by the company — you cannot register from within the app, and it has no function without an account. If you do not work with us, this app will not be usable for you.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• See your assigned trips at a glance — pickup and delivery locations, cargo details, service type and schedule.
• Record trip milestones as they happen: trip started, arrived, loading complete, offloading, delivered.
• Capture proof of delivery — photos of loading and offloading, vehicle temperature, and the load area.
• Scan receipts with your camera. Multiple pages are combined into a single PDF automatically.
• Collect handwritten signatures from the sender and the recipient directly on your screen.
• Track your settlement and maintenance figures, so you always know where your payments stand.
• Get notified the moment a new trip is assigned or a trip is updated.

BUILT FOR THE ROAD

• Works offline. Your trips, profile and dashboard stay readable without a signal, and actions you take while offline are sent automatically once you reconnect.
• Full Arabic and English support, including complete right-to-left layout.
• Light on data and battery. There is no background location tracking — your location is read only at the moment you record a trip status, and only while the app is open.

PRIVACY

FleetFlow contains no advertising, no analytics and no tracking software of any kind. Location is collected only when you submit a trip status, as proof that the milestone happened where it should have. Photos are captured live with the camera; the app never reads your photo gallery.
