LKL Louakal Logistics is a truck booking and freight delivery app that connects Shippers (customers who need to move goods) with Carriers (truck drivers and fleet owners).

WHO IS THIS APP FOR?

1) SHIPPERS — Book a truck for your delivery
• Create an account with phone number verification (OTP)
• Enter pickup and drop-off locations on the map
• Browse available truck types and sizes
• See estimated distance, time, and price
• Send a booking request to nearby drivers
• Track your shipment live on the map from pickup to delivery
• View booking history and order details
• Pay with cash on delivery
• Receive push notifications when a driver accepts your request
• Contact support and submit complaints in the app

2) CARRIERS / DRIVERS — Accept delivery jobs and manage your fleet
• Register as a service provider and manage your profile
• Add and manage your trucks (vehicle details, photos, pricing)
• Receive nearby booking requests in real time
• Accept or reject delivery jobs
• Share your live GPS location during active trips
• Update trip status: going to pickup, on delivery, completed
• View your trip history and earnings per order

HOW IT WORKS
1. Shipper sets pickup and drop-off on the map
2. Shipper selects a truck type and confirms the booking
3. Nearby carriers receive the request and can accept it
4. Carrier picks up the goods and delivers to the destination
5. Shipper tracks the trip live until delivery is complete
6. Payment is made in cash upon delivery

Payment note: In-app card and digital wallet payments are not yet available. Cash on delivery is the supported payment method.
