NotesXML Professional unlocks the full AI model catalog, OCR and the complete vision set, AI Chat, page and notebook AI, cloud sync, all themes, offline transcription, and advanced export — as a monthly or annual subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase. Every installation starts with a 14-day trial of everything.

AI MODEL LICENSING
Models are downloaded on request from their publishers, and each carries its own licence. The recommended default model, LFM2.5 VL 1.6B from Liquid AI, is offered under the LFM Open License v1.0: personal use, and commercial use by organisations under US $10M in annual revenue. Larger organisations need a licence from Liquid AI, or can select any other model — Ministral 3 3B is also included at no cost, is also vision-capable, and is Apache 2.0 with no revenue condition.
