🔒 SECURITY • AES-256-GCM encryption, notes encrypted with a 256-bit DEK before local storage or cloud upload. Plaintext never leaves your device.
• PBKDF2-SHA256 (150,000 iterations), your PIN wraps the DEK; a database dump reveals nothing without it.
• Android Keystore (StrongBox), hardware-backed DEK cache for biometric warm-starts.
• PIN recovery code, second DEK copy synced to Firestore for post-reinstall recovery.
• Brute-force protection, lockout after 5 wrong attempts; hard lock after 10.
• Zero-readable cloud, Firestore only receives ciphertext; no plaintext stored server-side.
• Google Play Integrity API, detects tampered APKs.
