IronGuard is the field app for security officers working for IronRock Security.

It replaces paper, phone calls and texts with one tool the officer carries on post.

CLOCK IN AND OUT
Clock in to a scheduled shift from the site, see the hours logged, and request a correction if a punch is wrong.

SCHEDULE AND OPEN SHIFTS
See upcoming shifts, claim open shifts, hand a shift to a co-worker, and set availability.

PATROLS AND CHECKPOINTS
Run a tour, scan NFC checkpoint tags around the property, and record what was found at each point.

REPORTS
File incident, activity and maintenance reports with photos from the scene, and see what has already been submitted.

POST ORDERS
Read the standing orders for the site being worked and confirm they have been read.

EMERGENCY
Trigger a panic alert that puts dispatch on the officer's exact location, and check in on a timer when working alone.

MESSAGES AND NOTIFICATIONS
Two way messaging with dispatch, plus alerts for schedule changes, approvals and site notices.

LOCATION
While an officer is clocked in, IronGuard shares their position with their dispatcher so dispatch can confirm site coverage and find them in an emergency. Location sharing starts at clock in and stops at clock out.
