Hands down one of the worst BNPL app. Some shops shown in the app are already closed down. Some dont even accept MyIou even though show inside the app. Their app cannot charge certain credit cards for . And when you pay late due to their mistake, u get charged a late fee. Awful app

Imagine. When I was about to use this app at the cashier, it showed an error. Even after clearing up cache and background, it still didn't work. Now, I uninstalled and re-installed back, only to face its loading page, not going anywhere. Just stuck there. Twice did the uninstall thing, but it's still the same. Imagine. Please fix this! And I'm using the latest 2023 Samsung phone

Not worth installing. First they approved then change again. Just a waste of time. Cannot even delete profile and deactivate account. I strongly dont recommend this app. Might as well use grabpaylater or atome. Simple app and user friendly.
