Sadly I thought this app would help me manage my car insurance payments, but sadly this app has taken my money, made false promise to process my payment and I'm about to lose my car insurance due to Paylaterr. I've tried to contact you on several occasions, but there has been no response, I've also asked to get a refund, but there is no response.

Very bad application, from requesting to increase my balance to being on hold for a endless review. then comes multiple agent said that there's no specific timeline of waiting. omg it's been already 4 months still nothing is certain. is this application still works or it's just a bluff and fake running applications. management of pay later, what happened? I have decided to deactivate my account as it's useless anyway just having notification but I'm not able to use it. bravo with your policy.
