Rotaday Shift Calendar & Alarm

Missed an alarm and showed up late for a shift? Rotaday is a shift work calendar built around one promise: set your rotation once, and your calendar and wake-up alarms follow it every day. Keep several rosters — yours, your partner's, every team at work — and see them all side by side in the Planner.

SET YOUR ROTATION IN A MINUTE
• Pick a preset — 2 days · 2 nights · 4 off, day · evening · night, weekly day/night, every other day, 24h on · rest · off, Mon–Fri — or build your own pattern block by block.
• Choose the day you work the first block and see today and tomorrow right away. No company list, no emailing your roster to anyone.
• Rotation changed? Add a new pattern from that date. Everything before it stays exactly as it was.

AN ALARM FOR EACH SHIFT — THAT ACTUALLY RINGS
• Give each shift its own wake-up time: day shift at 05:40, night shift at 16:30.
• Uses Android's exact alarm clock, so it rings on time even after a restart, and keeps ringing over the lock screen until you turn it off or snooze.
• No alarm on days off. Turn off the alarm for a single day when you don't need it. No ads on the alarm screen.
• A quick check shows anything that could stop alarms from ringing and how to fix it.

EVERY TEAM IN ONE PLANNER
• Add a calendar for each team, crew or squad — or for your partner — and switch between them in one tap.
• The Planner shows all of them in one table: teams down the side, days across. Scroll both ways, jump to today or any date.
• See at a glance who is on days, nights or off on any date. Tap a cell to change that day, and put the calendars in the order you want.

YOUR MONTH AT A GLANCE
• Big, clear shift letters on a color-coded calendar: day, evening, night, off, rest, leave, training, 24h — with names, letters, colors and hours you can change.
• Swap a shift, add overtime, leave or a second shift for a single day in two taps, and keep a note on any date.
• Monthly stats: work days, nights, days off, and a running total for the year.
• Share this month's roster as an image with family or coworkers.

ALWAYS UP TO DATE
• Home screen widgets: today and tomorrow with your next alarm, or the whole month with your shifts. They move to the new day at midnight on their own.
• An optional evening heads-up: "Tomorrow: Night (19:00 – 07:00) · alarm 16:30".

YOUR DATA STAYS ON YOUR PHONE
• No account and no sign-up. Your rosters are stored on your device.
• Save a backup file and restore it on a new phone whenever you want.

Made for nurses, factory and plant workers, police, firefighters, security, drivers, care workers and anyone on a rota, roster or shift schedule. Rotaday is ad-supported.
