Incident Reporting

ncident Reporting is Packages Group’s workplace safety app for capturing, tracking, and managing hazard incidents end to end.

Mobile app (Android) lets employees report hazards in the field with details like category, severity, location (company → business unit → section → sub-section), photos, and optional GPS. Reports move through a workflow: location managers investigate, EHS Head monitors and approves, and reporters can follow status updates. It also supports offline queuing when connectivity is limited.

Web admin portal gives EHS and leadership a dashboard to view analytics, filter by organization, drill into chart data, browse detailed hazard reports, and export PDF/Excel summaries.

Together, the system helps safety teams report faster, investigate consistently, and analyze trends across the organization — all backed by a central NestJS API and audit-safe activity history.
