Imperium Field

Imperium Field is the crew side of Imperium Task Manager — a work-management system for field teams of every kind: cleaning, maintenance, property care, installations, inspections — any crew whose finished work needs proof. It's built around one idea: every job gets proven, not just marked done.

YOUR WORK, IN ONE PLACE
Open the app and see today's jobs — where, when, and what needs doing. Unfinished work and jobs awaiting approval stay visible too. Clock in when you start and out when you finish; your hours track themselves.

PROOF ON EVERY TASK
Work the checklist and attach photos to each completed item, with a note when something needs explaining. Photos include timestamps so your manager can review the work. Submit the job when the list is done — approvals come back in the app.

FLAG PROBLEMS FROM THE FIELD
Missing supplies, damage, a locked door? Report it with a photo. Your manager replies right in the app, and you'll see when it's resolved.

STAY IN SYNC
A built-in chat thread connects you with the office, and your profile shows your weekly schedule and hours at a glance.

EMPLOYEE ACCESS
Sign in with your existing employee account. Contact your manager if you need access. You can delete your account from Profile.

Imperium Field is for employees. You need an account linked to your employer's company to get started. Your office manages scheduling, checklist templates, clients, photo review, timesheets, and reports through the separate Imperium Task Manager web console.
