GroundOps Field

GroundOps is the field reporting app built for civil construction crews working in telecommunications infrastructure. Capture photo evidence against job checklists, record exactly when and where installs happened, and keep office and field teams aligned with per-job chat.

PHOTO CHECKLISTS
Every job has a checklist of what must be photographed, including pits, pipes, cabinets and conduits. Capture photos against each item so nothing is missed and nobody has to remember what was required.

EVIDENCE THAT PROVES ITSELF
Photos carry the time, GPS position and street address they were taken at, printed directly onto the image. The office sees where the work happened, not just that someone said it did.

BUILT FOR SITE, NOT THE DEPOT
Photos are saved on the phone the moment you take them and upload automatically when there is signal. Poor reception may slow the upload, but it never loses the work.

JOB CHAT
Coordinate with the office directly against each job, so questions and answers stay attached to the work instead of being scattered across calls and texts.

REVIEW AND RE-SHOOT
The office reviews submitted photos and either approves them or sends a category back with a reason. Crews are notified when something needs to be re-shot, so a return trip can be planned rather than discovered later.

GroundOps is for invited teams working on telecommunications civil projects. Your organisation's administrator creates your account. There is no public sign-up.
