2023-05-08	Re*****	The app is easy to use. Taxis can be booked in advance or at short notice. Taxis are a little expensive, but seeing an immediate fixed price helps me budget. App updates are great, although the app will often say the taxi has arrived about 5 minutes before it actually does.

2023-04-22	Ro*****	Did not arrive initially on time but soon sorted out with a phone call. Difficult with automated call as doesnt give the option to give which vehicle is wanted without having to book then ring to speak to an operative to state which vehicle is required like wheelchair access car.

2022-09-13	Pr*****	Booking by this app costs you more! I pay £8.25 every time when booking by phone, to do the same journey booking via the app I'm charged £9.50! What a rip off! Won't be using this app again!

2022-06-22	Be*****	Would be much better if it let me pay by card. It let me pay once when I first set it up, now it doesn't work and won't accept card verification. Had this issue even after re installing.
