My 1Life

My 1Life is the attendance app for 1Life Inc field personnel. It is built for crews who work far from any mobile signal — punches are saved on the device first and pushed to the 1Life ERP when connectivity returns, so a day spent on a remote site is never a day of lost records.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Time In and Time Out with a selfie, stamped with the time, coordinates and address
• Log a cancelled run, travel or a no-run day
• See today's punches at a glance and what is still waiting to sync
• Review pending records and trigger a sync yourself when signal returns

BUILT FOR THE FIELD
• Works fully offline — every punch is stored locally the moment you make it
• Automatic sync on reconnect, with clear feedback when something needs attention
• Punch times come from the server clock, not the phone's, so payroll reconciles cleanly
• A backlog of several days stays visible until it has all been uploaded

WHAT WE COLLECT
The app records your work location and a selfie with each Time In / Time Out, along with your 1Life user ID, and sends them to 1Life's own systems for attendance and payroll. Nothing is shared with third parties and nothing is used for advertising.

ACCESS
My 1Life requires a 1Life Inc employee account. Accounts are issued by 1Life and cannot be created in the app.
