My Work Life is a corporate personnel attendance (PDKS), shift, leave, and timekeeping application developed for Fibrobeton employees. It brings together the daily work processes of field and office teams in a single application.

FEATURES

• Quick entry/exit: One-touch registration. Automatically detects entry or exit. • QR entry/exit: Create a record in seconds by scanning the QR code at the entry point with your phone. • Location verification: Location is taken for work area control during entry and exit. Location is only used at the time of the transaction and is not collected in the background. • Offline work: Records are kept on the device when there is no internet connection and are automatically sent when a connection is established. • Leave management: Create leave requests, add documents (photo/PDF), enter excused leave based on hours, and track the status. • Shifts and timekeeping: Color and letter-coded view in the monthly calendar, overtime summary, daily details. • My Overtime: Completed and planned overtimes on a single screen, simple and readable. • For managers: Approval/rejection, overtime scheduling, and real-time monitoring of team status (attendance/absence/leave). • Notifications: Instant notifications for approval processes and requests.

PRIVACY AND SECURITY

• No selfie/facial recognition or biometric data is collected. • Location is only collected during entry/exit; no background tracking is performed. • Data is stored and transmitted encrypted in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK).
