HRintel

HRintel is staff attendance and payroll for small Indian businesses — shops, offices, workshops, factories, restaurants and site teams.

Staff mark attendance with a selfie and GPS, so every punch carries proof of who was where and when. You stop reconstructing the month from memory or a paper register.

WHAT IT DOES
• Selfie + GPS attendance, with a geofence around your workplace
• Multiple check-ins per day if you need spot-checks
• Automatic payroll — monthly, weekly, daily, hourly or piece-rate
• Overtime, late fines, half days, paid leave and week-offs handled for you
• Salary advances and loans tracked against the next payout
• Payslips shared over WhatsApp in one tap
• Leave and advance requests, approved from your phone
• Cashbook for day-to-day in and out
• PF, ESI and professional tax calculations

WORKS OFFLINE
Punches queue on the device and sync when the connection comes back. Nothing is lost in a basement workshop or on a delivery route.

FOR OWNERS AND MANAGERS
Owners see the whole business. Managers can be given approval rights for their own team without seeing company-wide cost.

ABOUT LOCATION
HRintel records location only to confirm a staff member was at the workplace during working hours, and only for staff your business has added. Location use is disclosed in the app before permission is requested. See https://hrintel.in/privacy
