iHRMS

iHRMS is the staff companion app of the iHRMS HR platform. It lets your employees handle attendance, leave and payslips from their phone — with secure geofenced clock-in that only works at the workplace.

ATTENDANCE
• Clock in / out with GPS-verified geofence punch — inside your office radius only
• Automatic clock-out when an employee leaves the workplace (no more forgotten check-outs)
• Live worked-hours timer, weekly and monthly charts, late-mark and overtime tracking
• Face / fingerprint verification options for tamper-proof punches

LEAVE MANAGEMENT
• Apply for leave in seconds and track approval status in real time
• Live leave balances (Casual, Sick, Comp-Off and more)
• Skip-work "permission" requests and comp-off claims

PAYROLL
• Download digital payslips the moment they're released
• Salary amounts stay private with built-in masking

FOR EMPLOYEES & MANAGERS
• Managers approve leave and regularisation requests on the go
• Company announcements and HR notifications delivered instantly
• Biometric (fingerprint / Face ID) sign-in for one-tap access

SECURE BY DESIGN
• Device-bound login: your account works only on your trusted phone
• Face verification during punch prevents buddy-punching
• All traffic is encrypted (HTTPS)

iHRMS Mobile is provided to employees of organisations running the iHRMS HR platform. Your company administrator creates your account — contact HR for access.
