2026-08-30	No*****	love the food. Every recipe I've tried has been amazing and a perfect portion. I have dealt with customer service on several occasions. They have either been very helpful and prompt at fixing my problem (canceling a box I forgot to skip). The last time I dealt with customer service it was not working and my issue was not resolved. I commented that on my feedback and they made up for it and then some. Thank you so much! Can't wait for my box coming up, I wish I could get them every week.

2026-08-29	Na*****	I have used HelloFresh for 6 years. It's been a useful, high-value service that saves time and money at the grocery. No problems there. However, the app itself has become almost unusable with recent updates. It is horrendously slow, especially loading images. Good luck trying to choose your menu options while dodging a barrage of constant popups, suggested add-ons, and window resizes—all agonizingly slow. Especially infuriating when errors prevent you from saving changes, requiring restarts.

2026-08-29	G *****	First order due today. Was packed yesterday. Due this morning. By 10am I had an email from Evri saying the delivery will be 24 hours late. I believe the food will be spoiled by then. Contacted customer service who gave me a default response, then asked for my details and gave me the default response again. I have no idea when my food will arrive or if it will arrive. Honestly avoid this company it's appalling.

2026-08-29	Ro*****	I like getting Hello Fresh, but the app experience is terrible. It's slow, buggy, and takes too long to get to the section I want to look at. Sometimes just hangs on a loading screen for ages. I actually find it easier to just use the website.

2026-08-29	ko*****	my brother had this and when I was with him in Melbourne for a few days it was fun to make the recipe but its sad you cannot deliver to Tasmania, I always wanted this bc well sometimes I don't even know what to eat so could you maybe update to make it come to Tasmania in the 7320 area

Das schlimmste ist wenn man Den Service bezogen hat, und ihn kündigen will, wird das relativ schwer gestaltet, und sobald man es geschafft hat wird man fast täglich von Hellofresh angerufen und mit scheinheiligen Angeboten gelockt, habe sie mehrfach gebeten meinen Kontakt zu löschen, werde aber nach wie vor belästigt. Nachtrag:Ein Jahr später immernoch so
