2026-08-06	Kh*****	Was only trying to order a single box to try it one time. Not my favorite. However no indicator to show a 2nd box is going to be ordered everything just looks like its in your cart waiting for me to send it. Plan cancellation is basically hidden. And I wasn't sent a message about a box being paid and sent until literally the day of via sms its actually so lame.

2026-08-06	Te*****	My issue isn't with the app but with the merchant. Initially, the meals were good, recipes were easy, convenient and easy to make. Then the longer I had my subscription the quality, quantity and "freshness" of the meals left alot to be desired. The produce was old, withered, extremely small and at times not edible. Other times I received inaccurate recipes and the customer service was pitiful. I was eventually successful canceling my subscription but it wasn't easy.

2026-08-04	Ke*****	HelloFresh and their pals over at Factor keep sending me offers in the mail that look like important government documents. Padded yellow envelopes, barcodes across the top, "DO NOT BEND," written in bold red font; the whole shebang. It's disgustingly deceptive advertising. Also, they have a history of using child labor, so that's gross as well! Save yourself some money and look up their recipes online.

2026-08-04	Us*****	I had a very disappointing experience with HelloFresh. I cancelled all of my upcoming orders, yet HelloFresh automatically placed a new order on my behalf without my consent. I contacted customer support multiple times and repeatedly asked them to cancel the order, but they refused. What made the experience even worse was being told that the only way to stop receiving meal boxes was to completely cancel my account. They said that otherwise they would continue placing orders automatically.

There's no option to be notified when a delivery occurs and the app pushes unwanted marketing notifications to my phone at night while I'm trying to sleep. I've disabled the notifications, but it's clear that besides choosing weekly meals the rest of the app design is focused on forms of up-sells and a variety of other marketing gimmicks on every page.
