love the food. Every recipe I've tried has been amazing and a perfect portion. I have dealt with customer service on several occasions. They have either been very helpful and prompt at fixing my problem (canceling a box I forgot to skip). The last time I dealt with customer service it was not working and my issue was not resolved. I commented that on my feedback and they made up for it and then some. Thank you so much! Can't wait for my box coming up, I wish I could get them every week.

I have used HelloFresh for 6 years. It's been a useful, high-value service that saves time and money at the grocery. No problems there. However, the app itself has become almost unusable with recent updates. It is horrendously slow, especially loading images. Good luck trying to choose your menu options while dodging a barrage of constant popups, suggested add-ons, and window resizes—all agonizingly slow. Especially infuriating when errors prevent you from saving changes, requiring restarts.
