Healing Track

Recent neuroscience has shown that while chronic pain feels like it's coming from the body, in up to 85% of cases it's generated by misfiring pain circuits in the brain – a condition known as neuroplastic pain. Healing Track is a digital health platform that teaches chronic pain sufferers how to decrease or eliminate their symptoms using self-guided learning modules, synchronous groups, and 1:1 behavioral health coaching. Healing track is the only platform licensed to use Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT).

fMRI studies have shown that PRT reduces hyperactivation of pain centers in the brain, helping patients to break out of the cycle of chronic pain. A randomized controlled trial recently published in JAMA Psychiatry found that 98% of patients who received PRT experienced a reduction in pain, and 66% of participants were either pain-free or nearly pain-free. Five years after the completion of the study, the majority of the patients who received PRT were still pain-free or nearly pain-free.
