2024-08-14	Jo*****	Pretty useless There's no way to sort by view. There's no way to filter to view only completed tickets. The app just randomly displays tickets in any order. It seems to choose. Tried to use while on a client site and couldn't find the ticket I was working off of Needs a major revamp

2024-06-26	Le*****	App is okay but it needs work - main problems I have: Half of the functions just link to the main halo website, which doesn't help when I'm trying to find a job/log time on the fly. App also crashes/hangs fairly regularly when I try opening tickets from notifications. Text boxes to log time/email only show 2 lines which makes it difficult to proofread. The app begins to lag the more I write as well.

2021-12-17	A *****	Not sure what to describe. My Tickets takes forever to load, Working in progress won't be visible. No matter you play with filters, It doesnt show up. No ticket sorts by decending date. No filters to find closed tickets. Merging of tickets require us to remember the ticket number you are going to merge to. Not even possible to split merged tickets. What a shame. Have you used any of itsm software before developing this app ?
