2021-10-25	Hi*****	The bands are helpful when they work but the app is terrible. I have to un- and re-install to get it to recognize my bands every single time I need to recalibrate, which is almost every day. They easily get thrown off if you're not wearing them constantly. Even when the app finds both bands, it will lose one when I make adjustments to the other.

2021-10-17	Je*****	App can't find the band even though I can see it on the list of BT devices. App is so pathetic you it tells you to go into app settings and force stop the app and try again. Amateur hour. Tried on two different phones. Poor.

2021-05-05	Di*****	The app is fine but the bands aren't very accurate or sensitive which defeats the whole purpose of having them. Very disappointed. Especially after paying a couple of hundred for the bands. Sadly, do not recommend.

I can see why it doesn't work for some people for sure, but I've been dealing with trich for 10+ years now and this is the first thing I've tried to actually make a difference. I rotate the vibration frequency and time so that I don't get used to it, and if you call the support team, they help you so much it getting it trained properly. There are false positives for sure which isn't fun, but they just remind me what I'm trying to accomplish.

What's the point. I will pull if my fingers are on the eyebrow just about to pull. It doesn't work. The vibration is on it's max setting and you can barely feel it. It is waste of money!
