GreenDot

GreenDot is a calmer way to build better phone habits.

Instead of focusing only on total screen time, GreenDot helps you notice the space between phone checks. When you lock your phone and stay away from it, that time becomes visible progress.

Every 60 minutes away from your phone earns 1 Green Dot.

Use GreenDot to:
• Track how long your phone stays locked
• Earn Green Dots for longer breaks
• Set a daily Green Dot goal
• Build streaks over time
• View your recent phone breaks
• Explore history and insights
• Unlock quiet companion animals as your lifetime progress grows

How it works:

GreenDot measures lock duration — the time between locking your phone and unlocking it again.

Each phone break gets a simple signal:
• Red: short check
• Yellow: building momentum
• Green: 60+ minutes away from your phone

Your progress updates in real time, even while your phone is still locked. A persistent notification can show your current lock timer and today’s Green Dot count without needing to open the app.

GreenDot also includes sleep mode, daily goals, streak tracking, history, insights, milestones, and peaceful companion animals that unlock as your lifetime Green Dot total grows.

GreenDot is designed for people who want to check their phone less often, protect focused time, and build healthier digital habits in a simple, encouraging way.

No complicated setup. No social feeds. No pressure.

Just lock your phone, take a break, and let the dots grow.
