Wanting to update we had an issue one Sunday where the servers shut off and we were stuck with our able to do any work . We would try to communicate with them but the office was closed I am updating my review as it seems the issue may have been a one off and hopefully they will have someone able to assist afterhours. I still feel they should implement a more robust offline mode and allow us to install software that can download our work and update from time to time
