It hangs in the field even with 4 5g bars. The problem is with the board of directors of this company. They dont care about you, your company, or how much downtime youre having because there is a software bug. They are also very greedy. Everytime a new feature is released they add a price tag to it. Account managers are always trying to push you into the more expensive package. You also have to agree to a 1 year contract. They only store 1 year of customer data so no looking up old jobs. FAIL!

Abhorrent CRM system. Especially on the mobile side. If you want to track maintenance customers this isnt for you. If you want to quickly view customer history, this isnt for you. I could go on. I have experience with payzerware, Service fusion, Housecall pro, and service titan. Any one of these are better than workiz. I dont know how anybody runs a service business with this app. When I start my own company (soon), this app wont even be remotely considered. I wouldnt use it if it were free.
