User Reviews

Reviewers are split. Many find the app easy to use and like the plans and UK coverage. The most common complaint is that the app repeatedly logs users out or fails to log them in, sometimes sending them to a browser. Slow data, weak signal, dropped calls, and slow texts are also frequently reported. Several users say customer service is hard to reach, with slow replies and no live support. A few users are considering leaving for other networks.

Pros

Easy to use and navigate (mentioned in several reviews)
Positive overall feedback on the service and plans, with users calling it good, brilliant, or the best
Affordable plans that users say they like

Cons

App frequently logs users out or fails to log them in, often redirecting to the login page
Slow data speeds and unreliable signal, including dropped calls and slow texts
Poor customer service, with no live support and slow replies
