Support if very flaky using Tobi (ai chatbot), it is absolutely useless and the chats keep disappearing and not loading correctly it adds zero value to the app and is very annoying, Please remove this and consider keeping customer support as they very helpful and just gated by this pointless bot that breaks the chats
