Javi: Production Gear Tracker

Javi is a lightweight production gear management platform built for teams that need to know exactly who has what gear, where it is, and when it's due back, without chasing people down between shoots, texts, and spreadsheets.

No bloated workflows or overly complicated systems. Just the tools you actually need to track equipment, organize productions, manage checkouts, and keep your team aligned from prep to wrap.

TRACK EVERY PIECE OF GEAR
- Build your gear library with photos, serial numbers, asset tags, condition, and value
- Search the B&H catalog to fill in product details in seconds
- Print QR labels and scan them with your phone to check gear in and out
- Group gear into kits and organize it by location and category
- Keep rented gear alongside the gear you own, with return dates

PLAN PRODUCTIONS
- Create an event for each shoot and reserve the gear it needs
- Check availability before you book, so two shoots don't claim the same camera
- Assign crew and keep tasks in one place
- Print or export a full gear manifest for load-out
- Sync events with Asana or Basecamp

CHECKOUTS WITHOUT THE CHASING
- Quick checkout for grab-and-go moments
- See who has what and when it's due back
- Get email and push reminders for load-outs and overdue gear
- Log returns and flag gear that needs repair

BUILT FOR YOUR WHOLE TEAM
- Invite your crew with roles that control who can see and change what, including custom roles
- Give freelancers and contractors access to just what they need
- Share gear with collaborator workspaces and borrow theirs

RENT OUT YOUR GEAR
- Rent gear to clients, track what's out, and send invoices
- Keep customer records and rental history together

ONE WORKSPACE, EVERY DEVICE
