However, frequent heavy complaints center on data loss and backups being deleted without warning, confusing or unexpected billing and charges, a restrictive 'free' tier that automatically deletes data, and cumbersome backups management (one-at-a-time deletes). I prepaid for 400 gig storage for $19.99 a year for life 2 years ago when AI was to be released. Now that AI was finaly released, they will not honor the deal. Shady company!
