A few users report migration/account-recognition problems. The app remains valued for reliability but needs improvements in data retention policies, billing clarity, and backup management.

May 6, 2026 - still on board and 5-star pleased. To anyone who finds themselves logging in and data nowhere to be found, wait. Be patient. Your data will arrive shortly from cold storage. =) I've been pleasantly pleased with my G Cloud Backup service. Never once have I had an issue. Upload is always fast and being able to see, visually, online within my own account data having been uploaded gives me great peace of mind. Thanks G Cloud!
