In Level 3 of the game, you will learn how to interact with management companies and understand how residents and management companies interact.
No more apartment renovations! Now we move on to other stages, namely:
• Roof inspection and repair
• Children's playgrounds
• Entrance halls
• Meter installation
• Utility network repair
• Facade repair
• Basement repair
As in the previous levels, in "Neighborhood," residents' mood is monitored and must be maintained. It improves as you improve the building and make it more comfortable for residents. For example, by installing a trash can, hanging an information board, and so on.
To win the game, you need to achieve a 50% savings. You can earn different scores and reach different rankings. This makes the game even more exciting.
In addition to offline play, tournament play is now available at level 3. You can compete with other players in the rankings and continually earn more and more points, improving your gaming skills and saving skills.
