LEVEL TWO OF THE "Apartment Building" GAME:
In the first level of the game, the main characters, the Lazarev family, have tidied up their apartment by using energy-efficient technologies and reducing their utility bills by 50%.
In the second level of the game, the main characters begin to actively work to restore order in the apartment building: they hold a general meeting of homeowners, at which they decide to create a homeowners' association and pay capital repair fees to the regional operator. The player's main objective is to achieve 50% savings on the maintenance and repair of common property in an apartment building through the rational use of utilities and the use of energy-efficient equipment.
The game features 26 types of modern equipment. Descriptions of the equipment and its rational use in an apartment building allow players to learn energy-saving rules when managing an apartment building.

During the game, it is necessary to maintain a comfortable atmosphere in the building and monitor the mood of the residents. To improve their mood, special services are purchased that will improve the mood of the residents. The occupancy rate of the building, as well as the price per square meter, directly depend on the mood of the residents. If the mood of the residents drops to zero, the game is lost.

Accidents in an Apartment Building
The mood of the residents is also affected by accidents that occur in the apartment building (such as a burst pipe or a broken elevator). The longer an accident remains unfixed, the greater the impact on the mood of the residents.

HOA Operations
As the game progresses, the player is given the opportunity to improve the quality of the HOA's work. To do this, you need to improve your infrastructure by purchasing special services. Each service can only be purchased once per game. Once each of the 10 services featured in the game has been purchased, the HOA's performance indicator will reach 100%. According to the game rules, the higher the HOA's performance, the better its employees perform their work and the fewer accidents will occur in the apartment building.
At the end of each game month, a table of housing and utility expenses is displayed on the screen, showing the HOA's expenses and savings. This allows the player to clearly evaluate the efficiency of their installed equipment and calculate their budget. By reducing maintenance and repair fees, the player will realize that using energy-efficient technologies is convenient and cost-effective.
