The new, fifth level of the game "ZhEKA" (Housing and Utilities Department) is designed to introduce users to the most advanced trends in urban planning, teach them how to create comfortable and livable urban spaces, and demonstrate the structure and functioning of cities.

To ensure that city residents feel at home, players must create a comfortable urban environment: develop sports infrastructure and services, monitor traffic safety, ensure lighting and illumination, ensure the quality of housing and utilities, and ensure accessibility for people with disabilities. To track changes in the city, special indices of urban environmental quality are used: safety, comfort, environmental friendliness and health, identity and diversity, modernity and relevance, and management efficiency.

The new game "ZhEKA: Urban Planning" will be engaging for both children and adults. The game is set in the distant future on a spaceship. The Earth's population has grown significantly, and urban living conditions have become unbearable. Therefore, orbital space colonies were built around the planet, where millions of Earthlings resettled. However, the inhabitants never stopped dreaming of returning to their homelands.
To correct the unfortunate mistakes of the past, an expedition was organized, consisting of the brownie Zheka and his assistant, the artificial intelligence E.V.A. The expedition's goal is to address key problems and create comfortable urban spaces for all the planet's inhabitants. The main task of Zheka and E.V.A. is to show users what to do to prevent negative consequences in the future. To do this, they must first acquire basic knowledge of urban planning, second, learn to identify and prevent various urban problems, and third, become active citizens and promptly influence the quality of the environment in their hometown. After all, in the game, as in life, the happiness of the majority of people directly depends on how comfortable and safe life is in our cities!
