First time flying, didn't have any app issues. They even refunded my money for where the rental car company screwed us. Props to the pilot David and Sarah/and on the way back Matthew and Barbie. The crew really does a good job making you feel safe, updated. and secure. Will fly with them again. Recommend.

I was so excited when Breeze Airways opened a direct flight from IAD to TRI. In other words Dulles Washington DC to the Tri Cities Johnson City, Bristol, and Kingsport TN. I understand they are going to discontinue this flight. I don't think they have given this flight a fair chance. I've told many people about this flight and nobody knew about it. So far everyone I've told has used the flight themselves or their family has. Please continue it.
