2026-05-13	Ji*****	when i originally booked my flight i booked the incorrect dates. when I realized the mistake I tried to change my flight dates. breeze advertised that if you had an account you could change your flight date and would only be charged the difference in fares based on the new date. the only option on there app was to cancel tje reservation and re book and breeze would keep 50% of the already purchased price. I had to contact breeze, which has no live people to talk to, via text message.
